Caroline McIntyre
Founder & Director
Caroline is a qualified town planner with over 25 years' planning experience. Prior to setting up Spring in 2016 she was a Director at DP9 Planning Consultants in London advising large property companies, pension funds, housing associations, schools and private individuals.
She has extensive experience working on a range of projects from single dwellings to large scale regeneration projects, and has a strong track record of working alongside clients, project managers and architects to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful planning outcomes.
Olivia Pemberton MRTPI
Associate
Olivia is a MRTPI chartered town planner with over 9 years' planning experience working in both private and public practice. Olivia is able to advise on a wide range of projects across all sectors, from inception to delivery. Olivia has acted as planning officer for a number of local planning authorities across England and Wales and her development management experience brings greater balance to her planning judgements, making her uniquely placed to advise on projects. Olivia also has experience as an expert witness in all methods of appeal.
Olivia is proactive and highly driven, having worked with a number of clients from high-net-worth individuals to national house builders.
Mollie Casbon
Consultant
Mollie has 23 years' experience working in both local government and private practice. She started her career as a Planning Officer working at two local authorities in the South-East. Mollie moved into the private sector over 10 years ago and currently advises on a wide range of planning applications, enforcement cases and appeals.
